“ If you want the best food, not just the best Diner food but the best food! You have to try embassy diner. I've been going to them since 3 months after they opened as soon as I found out,. I've had breakfast; lunch, brunch, dinner and dessert. Prices are pretty good. You get a lot of food definitely at least one if not two or three meals to take home. The atmosphere is amazing; seasonal decorative & friendly. The owners are so brilliant to do what they do because it's coming from their heart. They love what they do and it shows. All the waiters put their heart and soul into their jobs. They greet you, serve you, and interact with you as if your family. This is my number 1 Favorite Pl. if you go tell them, Susan recommended you. ”
“ Very packed for lunch. Very festive decor for the Christmas holidays. Parking lot was full. Food was diner food. Large menu and I always find it difficult on what to choose. Burgers were good. I had the gyro and it was good. Staff was so sweet to the kids. ”
“ Amazing Diner!!! Very professional !!! Excellent food !!!! Excellent service !!! Very nice atmosphere !!!! ”
“ 12/4/24. Made my Christmas trek to check out their displays. The music and the decorations will surely get you into the holiday spirit. First, we were given a complimentary small sample of sausage and peppers over rice (very good) and a full bread basket. We had the Manhattan clam chowder (heavy on the potatoes and carrots, light on the clams), fried scallops (10 per order) with a side of spaghetti with marinara sauce, and a special, mixed seafood fra diavolo (shrimp, scallops and calamari served over linguine $32.95). Pasta was not cooked al dente as requested, but tasty nonetheless. The fried scallops are perfection. For dessert, we split the chocolate mousse and cheesecake. I was surprised how good both cakes were. Def recommend. Leslie our server was brash, not friendly or welcoming. She did her best to rush us and the tables near us. I barely got through the menu and she asked for my order multiple times. I joked to stop rushing us! Managers walking around saying hi to tables was a nice touch. After a little mixup regarding dessert, Robby, the manager did right by us. Management seems to care about the customers, not like some of the servers. I'll be back. ”
“ My mom kept wanting to go to a diner and I thought of this one while driving around one night since it was all decorated. We all loved it and very nicely decorated. Food was great and ambience was perfect. Highly recommend. Service was also great. ”
“ This was my first visit to Embassy Diner in years and I was struggling finding a parking space at 11:30 am Wednesday. As I entered the diner, there was something quite different about this diner. There was an electric vibe with a smiling owner who I met assisting me finding a table for six. Yes, it was Gus Tsiorvas who simply said I got you a table in a perfect corner of the diner. This diner has been in Bethpage for years but seems to have rejuvenated once the new ownership has taken the baton. The quality of the food and service is excellent, the new ownership should be commended on the wonderful job they have done so far. I have not seen many diners lately with very young customers like this restaurant. I plan on visiting this diner often, and I don't care if I find parking a mile away. ”
